STUDENTS NOT ENROLLED IN THE BRIDGES PROGRAM

Transportation is provided to/from BWI Airport Only and to/from any location within Baltimore City limits
You must submit your request NO LATER than five (5) days in advance of your trip
The fee is $250 USD. Submit your payment using Flywire or PayPal (invoice will be emailed to you) and ensure that you use your JHU email address and provide your Hopkins ID (i.e., 52FD02) when submitting your payment
Your payment must be received NO LATER than two (2) days in advance of your trip

HOUSING CHECK-OUT

Transportation is provided to BWI Airport Only
You must submit your request NO LATER than 48 hours in advance of your departure
Airport transportation cannot be booked for any day after July 21, 2024, or from a location other than the housing building

HOUSING CHECK-IN STARTS ON AUGUST 19, 2024, FOR THE FALL COHORT AND JANUARY 15, 2025, FOR THE SPRING COHORT

If you need to move into the housing facility early, you will need to email your request from your JHU email address to the ACEE Program Director to explain the emergency circumstances for why an early check-in is needed. Early check-in is not guaranteed and rarely granted, so please be prepared. If early check-in is possible and your request is approved, it will not change the price of your service.

If your departure or arrival request is not from or to BWI Airport and you are a student enrolled in ACEE Services, we can offer you a $50 gift card for Uber or Lyft to assist you in arranging your own transportation. YOU MUST submit a Housing Check-In/Out Request before you receive your gift card.

*If you are taking another form of transportation into Baltimore, MD (example: bus or train), Ms. Crowder may approve your transportation request depending on your arrival location. If you will be arriving in Baltimore by any transportation method other than airplane, please email Ms. Crowder directly to request transportation from your alternate location in Baltimore.

You will receive a transportation confirmation via email. All confirmations will be sent to your JHU email account no later than 24 hours before your scheduled trip. If you have not received a confirmation email by this time, please contact us at optionalservices@aceeglobal.com.

Be advised that service availability interruptions may occur with the car service provider. In the event that the car service provider is unable to accommodate your transportation needs, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund if you are not enrolled in the BRIDGES Program. Students enrolled in the BRIDGES Program will not be entitled to any refunds. BRIDGES Program enrollees will be provided with a $50 USD Uber or Lyft gift card.

Important Notice: Additional passengers are strictly prohibited unless prior authorization has been granted by the ACEE Program Director. Any attempt to bring an unauthorized passenger may result in the immediate cancellation of the service without further assistance or recourse from ACEE.
